It is intended for patients with vascular diseases or lesions such as rosacea, facial or body telangiectasias, angiomas and spider angiomas or even venous malformations and poikiloderma.
Why Dye VL?
Hemoglobin, the target chromophore in vascular lesions, has two absorption maxima, at 540 nm and 570 nm. With a spectrum between 500 and 600 nm, Dye VL is designed to provide optimal spectral absorption in vascular lesions and increased efficiency, while being a device with an excellent safety profile.
Through its photothermal effect on target lesions, Dye VL is able to effectively treat a wide range of vascular-based diseases.
Incorporeal cooling and the option of on-the-go treatment provide increased patient comfort with excellent results in a very short time.
Several sessions, on average between 3 and 6, spaced every 2-3 weeks, are needed to achieve optimal results. Both the number of sessions and the parameters used will be established after a specialist consultation and adapted to the needs of each patient.
In the case of superficial lesions the results can be visible even after only one session; in the case of deep lesions we observe results after an increased number of sessions, approx. 3-4.
The procedure requires no recovery time. Erythema and mild post-procedure oedema are considered normal, are of low intensity and transient. The patient can resume daily activities immediately after the treatment session without any restrictions.
