General lamination

laminarea genelor - cosmtologie - skinmed clinic

Procedure  description:

Gene rolling is a non-invasive technique in which long, curved, colored and fortified genes are obtained for 3 to 8 weeks. Through the products used during the procedure, we have both the beauty of the natural genes, as well as their care.

Procedure  stages:

The lamination process begins with eye makeup and continues with the degreasing of the eyelashes, using a special product. Then the esthetician will separate the top and bottom genes with special patches or medical tape. Next is the application on the upper eyelid of curlers (special silicone strips), on which the top genes will be climbed, combed and fixed. Then will be applied in order the 5 substances required for rolling, each needing its time of action. When the process is over, the curls are removed and the genes are brushed.

Who is it for  gene rolling?

Gene lamination has emerged as an alternative to gene extensions and is suitable for people who want long and curved genes, but with a natural effect. The procedure is great for people who have short, light-colored genes, those with straight genes, those who want to take a break from gene extensions, people who do not use or have developed a mascara allergy.

How do the genes  look after the lamination?

Immediately after the procedure, between 12 and 24 hours, the substances used are still active and we cannot make up / wipe, we cannot smell the genes and we have to pay little attention to the way we sleep, especially if we chose to do the rolling. in the evening. After this time we can resume our rituals of care, wet the eyelashes, swim, apply mascara, whatever.

How long  is the rolling process?

The lamination lasts approximately 60-75 minutes, during which, 5 natural substances are applied to the natural genes, each with its own action time. Because the beneficiary of the procedure always stays with his eyes closed, it can be a well-deserved relaxation.

Is it painful  or unpleasant?

Laminating does not hurt and does not bother, the patient is blindfolded and no effort is required.

How long should  I repeat the procedure?

The first two sessions of lamination are done at a distance of 3 weeks, then according to the speed of regeneration of the natural genes of each one, at 4-8 weeks.

I have sensitive eyes and tears,  is this a problem?

No, it does not affect the rolling procedure at all.

Who is not recommended  laminating procedure?

The substances used in the lamination process have no side effects and do not cause allergies, there is only one contraindication, to paint the genes in the process, if the person is allergic to the gene / eyebrows paint in general. Other contraindications are for people who have an eye infection or have undergone eye surgery until the problem has healed. There is also the possibility (rarely) that the procedure will not work in the case of people with menopause or with certain hormonal imbalances.

Is there a risk of my  eyelashes falling off?

No, this is not happening.

When the effects of lamination begin to be seen,  what should I expect?

The effects of lamination are seen immediately after the procedure, the genes become more curved, have a more intense color, appear thicker, the effect being a natural one. Immediately afterwards, they may appear slightly joined together, because of the keratin oil used at the end, following the day, after the first clearing, the eyelashes will breathe beautifully. Over time, after several procedures, the eyelashes will be increasingly longer and more fortified.

Is lamination the same thing  as the permanent eyelashes?

No, these are two different procedures. The lamination uses only the first two steps of the permanent, but on a much smaller surface of the natural eyelashes, 1-2 mm, at a distance of 1 mm from the base (not on the entire eyelid as in the case of the permanent one), then painting, the SPA cream for genes and the final serum for care.

Do you need  special training in advance?

No, no need. However, it would be desirable for the patient to come unpolished, otherwise the working time is prolonged, as eye makeup is needed. You also have to make sure that you are not going to make up immediately after the procedure

FAQ

For the treatment of active acne, the Clear Skin laser takes two main actions:

  • it reduces the Propionibacterium acnes type flora by altering the bacterial cellular membrane
  • it reduces the activity of the sebaceous glands, which will release less and more fluid sebum.

At the clinical level these effects will translate into reducing hyperseborrhea, comedones, pore size and inflammatory acne lesions.

At the same time, those micro-pulses of energy cause  a healing reaction with the synthesis of collagen and elastin, correcting post-acne scars, pigmented spots, erythematous spots, dilated pores and generally creating a finer, more uniform, more aesthetic skin.

Clear Skin laser is used in the aesthetic dermatology for several types of conditions: acne, post acne scars, dilated pores, vascular affections, hyperpigmentation.

The protocol includes a series of 4-6 sessions, at 2 weeks intervals and can be integrated in complex treatment protocols.

A treatment session lasts 30 minutes, does not require anesthesia, the patients feeling a sensation of heat and slight stinging.

Unlike other acne treatments (chemical peeling, fractioned CO2 laser, microneedling) the patient can return to her/his daily activities as the skin has not been affected and has no need for healing time.

The results become visible 3-4 weeks after commencing the treatment.
